Melinda began her real estate career on the residential side and in 2013 developed specialization in commercial real estate. Melinda found helping businesses and investors maximize their long and short term goals rewarding. She is a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) servicing Central Texas who assist clients with investment sales and leases, whether industrial, flex, office, land, or retail. Prior to real estate Melinda was head buyer for a Texas regional wholesale produce company.

Melinda’s love of Central Texas began in Seguin, and she spent her childhood roaming the downtown streets of San Marcos as well as summers spent in the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake area due to her parents businesses. Melinda currently resides in Wimberley, where she spent her weekends on her grandparents ranch. She loves sharing her knowledge of the Texas Hill Country and all it offers.
